Hi Amirage,
A big CONGRATS!!! On par with winning the Lottery Im sure
Great to hear of someone getting a visa. The best of luck with your move, fantastic your mum is going over with you, as its some journey for an adult on their own never mind with 3 children.
See ya in Perth sometime ..... whenever we get there.

Hi guys,
Thanks for the congrats Caz & Tracy!! We're still getting over the shock and excitement!! It really is like winning the lotto...not that I know how that feels, LOL!
Caz we will definatley meet up someday soon in Perth, you will get there:)
Tracy where did you say you're living again? The Irish mum meet ups sound great, must be nice to have everyone in the same situation away from home and be homesick together if you need to! And make some new friends of course!! How often do yea meet up?
My hubby is heading over to Perth by end of Jan hopefully, and the kids my mum & I are flying over on 6th April! The weeks will hopefully fly, will be hard without my hubby here with me and the kids getting ready for the big move!
Won't be in Perth quick enough!! |

well 6 weeks and the kids and I will be leaving Cork for Perth!!! My hubby went two weeks ago and is trying to get everything organised for when we land over!! Soo sick of this country, my hubby was out of work since november and trying to get help from the social welfare is unreal, I feel sorry for the people out of work in this counrty that have no way out. I think big changes need to be made in Ireland to help the people struggling. Maybe the dopey government will realise when a lot of people have left the country?!
Enough of my wine rant!! I am soo looking forward to getting over to Perth atlast, but obviously dreading all of the goodbyes:( But I know it is a better life for us and all the torture will be wort it in the end!!
Sunshine here I some:)!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Hi there,
Oh you lucky thing!!!! Have a great flight and let us know how you get on with the kids on the flight!!!
I have a regular rant about this country, and how they treat the self employed. Loss your business, not only are you left dealing with debt but your not entitled to anything. Better to sit on your backside and claim everything - that the ethos in this country. I turn the tv over when the politicians come on. They are a pack of corrupt, money grabbing crooks with no plan how to get this country back on track only take the money out of the pocket of families.
Cannot wait to get to Perth, and wish I never came back to this country.
Also thinking of sending hubbie over before the rest of us,and follow him over, but dont know how I would manage that flight with my gang, 3 under 5!!! I remember your mum is going over with you.
Will watch out for a post from you when you get a chance.
Bon Voyage!!!!
cheers caz |
